What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is as competitive as anybody else while keeping in mind that we have insurance, overhead, employees etc.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our process is as follows: 1) Meet and greet 2) discover the needs of the customer 3) discuss the budget for the project 4) put a proposal together with a sketch of the project 5) negotiate any changes requested 6) begin the work

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I/we have been in the construction business for 40 years. I have worked on projects of all sorts including school renovation work, high-rise renovations, many remodeling projects, down town and out in the country. Pole barns to high-end trim work

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My father was a general contractor. I grew up this way....I can't help it (lol)

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with many types. Fussy to people that allow me to do my thing and just go for it.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I been blessed with customers whose projects are unique, where my main goal is to give them what they want. Some project take a few weeks, some take a couple years, it all depends.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

My advice to hire the right person for the job is to establish a good relationship at the beginning, review their past projects, understand the contract, and go from there

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Do your research on pricing; gather pictures of similar project with the same theme; make sure you have a realistic idea of cost
